For our tenants, we would ask you to report maintenance via email to lettings@chambersestateagents.co.uk and we will reply to your maintenance request in a timely manner.
Please include as much detail as possible, and include pictures where possible.

We reserve the right to challenge the legitimacy of the emergency call-out, and if it is a matter that can wait until the next working day, then we will forward the charge of the call-out/repair to the tenant (for managed properties by Chambers Estate Agents only).
