Our 'Belt and Braces' Option

We promote your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location as well as our own website and to our extensive client database. We will accompany all viewings, even on the evenings and weekends. We fully vet the in going tenants and take them right through to contract.

We will also register the deposit (if held by the DPS) and make sure the property complies with the latest legislation by advising you on what is required for your property.
