Holding Fees

A holding fee of one week’s rent will be payable to hold the property whilst the references and credit checks are carried out. This amount is not an additional payment and will be deducted from your initial move-in monies upon a successful application.

Chambers Estate Agents reserve the right to retain the holding fee if the applicant provides, or omits, material information that would influence the outcome of the application. Equally, if the applicant does not take reasonable steps to enter into the tenancy agreement, we also reserve the right to retain the holding fee.
