For our tenants, we would ask you to report maintenance via email to email@example.com.
Please include as much detail as possible, and include pictures where possible.
Please see a list below of our emergency contacts. Our Landlord(s) will take responsibility for any genuine emergency call-out charge/repair. We reserve the right to challenge the legitimacy of the emergency call-out, and if it is a matter that can wait until the next working day, then we will forward the charge of the call-out/repair to the tenant (for managed properties by Chambers Estate Agents only).
